Jared is currently restoring a 1966 Ford F100 and Jackson loves to help. Jared talks him through it and teaches him as they go. Jacks always makes sure his hands get covered in grease to show his hard work! Jackson came up with the name "Truck Buddies" because that's what they are!
Jackson's favorite part of the entire truck: THE ENGINE! He knows way more about engines than I ever will. Who knows... maybe Jackson will "inherit" this truck when he's old enough to drive.

this is so sweet. i love it when dad's take time to teach the little guys. moments like this restores my faith in humanity.
Wonderful! We need to be preparing the next generation to carry on the mantle, don't we? The only thing you need to remember though: one day it won't be only Jared's projects dragged home, Jackson might also fill your yard with his awesome finds :) Way to go Jackson, I'll know who to call if I need my engine fixed!
