Poor Chase has been spending quite a bit of time outside which gives him a bad case of the stinks. Well, if he is going to continue to be an inside dog, the rule is that he has to smell good. But, having a bath makes him the most picked-on puppy ever... he HATES it.
I am willing to bet that after looking at the above picture, my mom is freaking out that I actually let my dog in the bathtub! Might I just add-- it was completely Clorox-ed and de-doggied immediately following Chase's bath!
Yes-- in the above picture, Chase is actually pouting.
For about an hour after the bath, Chase rolled back and forth around the house and was mad at me and Jared! We wouldn't let him outside until he was completely dry. This is another photo that I'm sure my mom is completely hating right now... yes I do allow my dog on the carpet! (However, I do have the Dyson Animal vacuum and it's AMAZING... no dog hair anywhere after vacuuming!)

Could the pout get any cuter??? That is too funny. As far as bathing him, where the heck else are you suppose to bathe him if not in the tub? I bathe Chloe in the kitchen sink. Much easier on the back, but I think Chase might be a bit to large for the sink.
OK - in defense of your mother, she thinks it is fabulous that you keep your dog clean and she couldn't care less if you use the bathtub, the kitchen sink, the washing machine or the hose. And she really does think your dog is adorably cute. Just because she doesn't want him in her house doesn't mean that she doesn't want you and the kids to enjoy him.

The washing machine??? Now that's just cruel and unusual, and the hose???? FREEZING...LOL!!!! To Jodi's mom, we won't hold any of this against you.

This made me laugh so hard! Aunt Shauna is too fun to be anal! In her defense though, her house is beautiful! But I'll bet at times Chase is cleaner than the grandkids she built the house for!
