We are 4 days into the new school year. So far, things are looking great. They LOVE their school, they LOVE their teacher, they LOVE not having to go to daycare after school, they LOVE recess, and they even LOVE their homework (I'm sure this won't last). Oh... and they've made friends with the custodian. If they help clean up garbage at recess, he gives them treats!
I think we're in for our best school year yet. I LOVE having 3rd graders. I LOVE having structure and routine. I LOVE hearing about their day right after school. I LOVE surprising them with notes in their lunchboxes and shapes cut into their sandwiches. I LOVE these kiddos!

Oh deja vu on the lunchbox notes and sandwich shapes!
Aspen, Jackson, you both look so cool!!
Love, Aunt Lynnie
What is not to LOVE about these two? So cute!
Are you not working whole days anymore? Or do they get to come and see you at the D.O.?
Cute pictures, it's crazy how fast kids grow up. I remember holding those two when they were super tiny babies!
Hey-I'm Warren, and Jared is my fellow Salt Lake, Mormon air traffic controller buddy out here in Oklahoma, and I just wanted to say Hi. Hopefully we'll all look back on this sucky 4 months and laugh one day, because it's hard. Great looking kids! My 3 boys are still little (4,3,4 months). I DREAD the day I'm taking that picture for real (pre-school doesn't count-right). Good Luck you guys!
Love those kids! Sooo cute and grown up.
(BTW, your playlist rocks!)
