2. My dad's hemorrhoid. (Seriously- don't even ask. Just know I am REALLY sick of it.)
3. The dentist office being closed on Friday's.
4. People clipping their fingernails in public (please, PLEASE, just wait until you get home to start clipping).
5. Traffic (and in that same category, STUPID drivers who make the traffic worse).
6. Flies in my house.
7. The neighbors DUMB dog barking in the middle of the night.
8. Britney Spears' hair (or lack thereof).
9. July weather happening in June.
10. My ingrown toenail.

Hey, hemmorhoids are the leading cause of 30% of back cases in individual cases. And if you don't believe me, doc-shop until you find a doc that will tell you that.
I meant to say "back pain" in patient cases.
